In the fourth match of the seventh season of the Indian Premier League being played currently, the Rajasthan Royals defeated the Sunrisers Hyderabad by four wickets, in a closely fought encounter.
Sunrisers batted first and posted a score of 133 for the loss of six wickets in their innings.
In reply, Rajasthan Royals lead by Ajinkya Rahane’s half century
(59 runs) and Stuart Binny’s unbeaten 48 achieved the target with three
balls still remaining.
In the final over of the innings, Rajasthan required 8 runs to win.
James Faulkner stroked two successive boundaries to score a well
deserved victory.
Rahane crossed fifty in the 15th over of the second innings which was bowled by Dareyl Steyn.
